- Affected addresses should review their yellow drinking water advisory door hanger. After repair, water should be boiled before consuming until green water advisory lifted door hanger arrives.

- Under normal circumstances, the repair is scheduled for the following day, with water back on within 24-48 hours.
- An emergency water supply trailer will be delivered within 8 hours of outage.
- Affected residents are invited to use the shower facilities at the nearest City leisure centre. Please show proof of address with a drivers license or utility bill for access.
- Repairs are normally scheduled for the following day, with water restored within 48 hours.
- Affected addresses should review their yellow drinking water advisory door hanger. After repair, water should be boiled before consuming until green water advisory lifted door hanger arrives.
