Event & Presentation Requests

The Saskatoon Fire Department (SFD) values the opportunity to attend community events and present fire and life safety information to residents. If you would like to request SFD's presence, please complete one of the following online forms:

Request considerations

Completed forms must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the date of the event. We cannot guarantee attendance for requests received less than three weeks in advance. 

SFD receives many requests. While all efforts are made to attend requested events, it is not always possible.

Emergency response is SFD's top priority. If an emergency call comes in, SFD members may be called away and event attendance may be delayed or cancelled at short notice.

Once the completed form is submitted, you will receive an email stating whether or not SFD will be able to attend and/or participate in your event. 

Please note SFD does not accommodate the following requests:

• birthday party
• drive-by
• hot tub or swimming pool fill
