Online Parking Ticket Payment Portal Currently Unavailable
February 28, 2025 - The Online Parking Ticket Payment Portal is currently offline. Members of the public may still pay for parking tickets at City Hall during regular business hours using cash or debit, or drop off your cheque in the secure night deposit box outside the front doors of City Hall.
Pay Online
It may take up to 2 business days for a ticket to be entered in the parking ticket system. For example, tickets issued on the weekend may not be available for online payment until the following Tuesday.
You can pay your parking ticket online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, or Mastercard Debit.
Your credit or debit card information is processed securely on a server hosted by the payment provider in real time using the latest available encryption technology, and compliant under Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI).
A secure and reasonably up to date internet browser and device are required for online transactions. Online transactions are not supported using any device or operating system older than Windows 7, Mac OS 10, Android 5, iPhone 5. Compatible web browsers include Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari.
