SmartUTIL
The City is committed to continuous improvement and leveraging technology to serve our residential and commercial utility customers better.
SmartUtil is an easy-to-use online tool that helps our residential and commercial utility customers to:
- view the water and electricity usage and trends for your property(s) by month, day or hour
- keep on budget – set spending alerts for water and or electricity usage at your property and be notified if you’re about to exceed the dollar amount you’ve specified
- use SmartUTIL data to help you conserve and reduce the impact on the environment by reviewing water and electricity data for your property
To access SmartUTIL you’ll need to set up a My Utility Account – it’s easy to do if you don’t already have one:
- go to My Utility Account
- if you are setting up your My Utility Account for the first time;
- enter your utility statement account number and
- the amount of your last billing
- your My Utility Account shows your utility payments/credits, account summary, consumption summary and Equalized Payment Plan (EPP) (if you’re on EPP)
