HELP Project Completion
The Project Completion form is part 4 of a 5-part application process.
You are required to complete the Final Project Details PDF prior to submitting this form. The Final Project Details PDF includes the final costs for your upgrades, final product specifications, a section to request HELP rebates , permit number (if applicable), and your final loan amount.
Submit this form after your entire project is complete, and you have completed your post-retrofit EnerGuide home evaluation. Please remember that your energy advisor must initial and sign your Final Project Details PDF during your post-EnerGuide audit.
Note: you must notify the City by submitting this form within 30 days of completing your project your post-retrofit EnerGuide home energy assessment.
