Councillor: Holly Kelleher

Holly grew up in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan, before moving to Saskatoon to attend the University of Saskatchewan, where she earned Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees. Over the past 20 years, she has worked across non-profit, private, and government sectors in the resource, technology, environmental, and tourism industries. Through Director and Executive Director roles, Holly has consulted with more than ninety Saskatchewan businesses, supporting their growth and global expansion.
Holly brings extensive expertise in stakeholder/rightsholder relations, governance, strategic planning, and international trade built through her career. A dedicated community member, she served as a Saskatoon Public School Board Trustee for 11 years, chairing the audit and risk committee, and currently serves on the Boards of Saskatchewan Aboriginal Track and Field Inc. and Element Community.
Holly currently leads governance, strategic planning, and community economic development initiatives with Medicine Rope Strategies. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Saskatoon’s parks and trails with her partner Derek, their two sons, Emmett and Isaac, and pooch Kona.
