Rental Facilities & Information
Several areas of the beautiful Forestry Farm Park & Zoo are available to rent for your special event!
Booking Procedure & Additional Information
Contact the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo office at 306-975-3382. If the required time and date is available, a tentative booking will be made. A rental agreement will be initiated by the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo office to confirm the booking and deposits will be required at the time of signing the contract. We accept credit cards, debit, cheques and cash.

Confirmation of Fees
The hall requires $300 deposit and 50% of the rental rate to confirm booking. All other rentals require 50% of the rental rate to confirm. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event or the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo will consider the event cancelled.
Additional Charges
The following charges apply after regular park hours (for regular park hours please see back panel of brochure). A minimum of three hours will be charged.
On-site Personnel - $27.50/hr + GST
Security - $27.50/hr + GST & PST
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation request must be made in writing and received by the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo 14 calendar days prior to the event in order to have deposits and rental fees refunded. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to usage will result in forfeiture of the deposit and rental fees.
Clean up
Rental buildings and/or grounds must be left as clean as you found them, including garbage collected, tables cleared, floors swept and mopped if necessary.
Parking Passes
The $5.00 daily parking fee is applicable to all rental groups. This is in effect from May 1 to September long weekend.
Inclement Weather
Rental and confirmation fees will be refunded if your booking gets cancelled due to inclement weather. This pertains to only the outdoor facilities.
Alcohol Use
Provincial legislation requires the user group to obtain and post an authorized Saskatchewan Liquor Board Permit before alcoholic beverages can be served or sold. Alcohol must be contained to user group and rental area only. The user group must fully acquaint itself with all pertinent controls and assume full responsibility. No alcohol allowed at Wedding Garden and Lions Event Pavilion.
Onsite Maintenance
Attendant is on duty to supervise and assist during all events. The attendant may not cater, serve, clean up or tend to the event in any fashion other than the required role as a Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo employee.
