Access to Information
The City of Saskatoon is a local authority and strives to operate in an open and transparent manner providing any individual with access to records in the possession or control of the City under The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LA FOIP).

- Freedom of Information: Improving openness and accountability of the City through the provision of legislated rights of access to municipal records; and
- Protection of Privacy: Preventing unauthorized collection, use or disclosure of personal information by the City.
