Vault Options
Adult Casket
Each interment must use a fiberglass dome or concrete vault to protect the casket from the weight of the soil and heavy machinery. Families may purchase a dome from a funeral home if it meets the cemetery Bylaw and Regulations.
Families can choose one of the following options:
Fiberglass Dome
Fiberglass Base and Dome
For additional protection to the casket, families can purchase an optional fiberglass base along with the fiberglass dome.
Non-sealing Concrete Vault
A non-sealing concrete vault will provide more protection from the weight of soil and heavy equipment than a fiberglass dome, but will not prevent water and soil from damaging the casket.
Sealing Concrete Vault
A sealed concrete vault will prevent water and soil from entering the vault and preventing damage to the casket.
Cremated Remains
Each cremation interment must be placed in a fiberglass vault. This protects the urn from the weight of soil and heavy machinery.
