Current Road Conditions
- Normal winter road conditions
- Some slippery sections on priority streets
Current Winter Road Activities
- Grading snow from Priority 2 and 3 streets, including the main streets in a neighbourhood, Saskatoon Transit routes and school zones.
- Crews are monitoring streets for icy conditions 24 hours a day and applying pre-wet salt/sand combination (used to soften ice and improve traction in more severe cold temperatures).
- Clearing snow from sidewalks adjacent to City facilities, multi-use pathways and cycle tracks
