- If a power outage occurs during adverse weather events or there are other extenuating circumstances, please ensure safety is paramount. If an emergency arises, please phone 911 for immediate assistance and remember to stay away from fallen power lines.

- Under normal circumstances, the repair is scheduled for the following day, with water back on within 24-48 hours.
- An emergency water supply trailer will be delivered within 8 hours of outage.
- Affected residents are invited to use the shower facilities at the nearest City leisure centre. Please show proof of address with a drivers license or utility bill for access.
- Repairs are normally scheduled for the following day, with water restored within 48 hours.
- Affected addresses should review their yellow drinking water advisory door hanger. After repair, water should be boiled before consuming until green water advisory lifted door hanger arrives.
