  • Parking customers are reminded that extreme cold affects all machines, including parking pay stations. Please be patient while processing payment or download the Parkedin app to pay for parking in the warmth of your vehicle.

  • Affected residents are invited to use the shower facilities at the nearest City leisure centre. Please show proof of address with a drivers license or utility bill for access.
Repair schedule:
  • Repairs are normally scheduled for the following day, with water restored within 48 hours.
Drinking water advisory:
  • Affected addresses should review their yellow drinking water advisory door hanger. After repair, water should be boiled before consuming until green water advisory lifted door hanger arrives.
