Please attach documents detailing the reason for exemption from The Waste Bylaw and, if required, written verification from a local waste processor.

In the event my business begins to generate recyclable materials or organic materials I will:

notify the City of Saskatoon;
get the required containers;
provide annual education to staff; and
ensure the materials are taken to an appropriate facility;

The City of Saskatoon may conduct a site visit to verify eligibility for the Bylaw Exemption.
