Bylaw 8175 - Property Maintenance & Nuisance Abatement Bylaw, 2003

The purpose of the bylaw is to provide for the proper maintenance of property and the abatement of nuisances, including property or things that: (a) affect the safety, health and welfare of people in the neighbourhood; or (b) affect the amenity of a neighbourhood.
