The first phase of the College Drive Water Main Maintenance Project is nearing completion. The second phase starts on Monday, April 29. Two-way traffic on College Drive will be maintained, but there will be lane reductions on both sides between Clarence and Cumberland avenues. This phase is expected to take approximately 11 weeks to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

• Zipper merging will be required due to lane closures. Drivers are reminded to use all available lanes and take turns at the end. This will help everyone get through the work zone faster.
• Saskatoon Transit will be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.

The National Day of Mourning is observed annually on April 28. In recognition, flags at all City of Saskatoon facilities will fly at half-mast for the day.

The National Day of Mourning was officially recognized by the federal government in 1991 and commemorates workers who have been killed, injured or suffered illness due to workplace-related hazards and incidents. It’s also a day to collectively renew our commitment to improving health and safety in the workplace and to preventing further injuries, illnesses and deaths.

Direct service from the Special Events Stop (23rd Street and 2nd Avenue) to see the Saskatoon Blades take on the Moose Jaw Warriors at SaskTel Centre on Friday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m., is available at the following times: 

• 5:45 p.m.
• 6:25 p.m.

Direct service from the Special Events Stop to see the Saskatoon Blades take on the Moose Jaw Warriors on Saturday, April 27 at 4:00 p.m., is available at the following times: 

• 2:45 p.m.
• 3:25 p.m.

Post-event drop-off is at the downtown terminal and regular fares apply ($3.00 per trip). Fare can be purchased on your mobile phone using either the TGo or transit app, transfers and passes are also accepted. Typically, buses arrive onsite 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.

Plan your trip to events at SaskTel Centre on Route 333 using the Transit app up to two weeks in advance. Check out the Transit+ feature to help make connections that combine Transit with OnDemand Transit, riide, and Uber. Download the Transit app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

The Warman Road southbound ramp to Circle Drive westbound will be closed starting Monday, April 29th, for a sewer main installation. This work is expected to take two weeks to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

• Drivers will be unable to access Circle Drive westbound from Warman Road north and will need to use alternate routes, like Millar Avenue.
• Saskatoon Transit will be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.
