Traffic Bridge closed for Rock Your Roots on Tuesday
The Traffic Bridge will be closed between 11th and 19th streets on Tuesday, June 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for the Rock Your Roots Walk for Reconciliation and Indigenous Day Celebration event. Detours, lane restrictions, and “no parking” signs will be in place guiding motorists around the walk route.
Additional event road restrictions in place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Spadina Crescent closed between 2nd Avenue and 20th Street
- 1st Avenue ramp to the Senator Sid Buckwold Bridge closed
- Avenue A closed between 19th Street and Spadina Crescent
- 19th Street eastbound lanes closed between Avenue A and 4th Avenue
Additional event road restrictions in place from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- 17th Street closed between Avenue G and Spadina Crescent
- Spadina Crescent closed between Avenue A and Avenue G
Drivers are reminded to drive carefully and watch for participants. The City thanks everyone for their patience.
