Road restrictions for downtown Canada Day celebrations starting Thursday
To accommodate Canada Day celebrations in the downtown area on Friday, July 1, detours, lane restrictions, and “no parking” signs will be in place guiding motorists around the event area.
Event road restrictions in place from June 30 at 8:00 a.m. to July 2 at 6:00 a.m.
- Spadina Crescent closed between 2nd and 3rd avenues
- Spadina Crescent closed between 3rd Avenue and 20th Street including the Saskatoon Boat Launch
Event road restrictions in place from July 1 at 9:00 a.m. to July 2 at 1:00 a.m.
- Traffic Bridge closed between 11th and 19th streets
- Broadway Bridge closed between 12th and 20th streets
- 19th Street closed between 3rd and 4th avenues
- Saskatchewan Crescent closed between 13ths Street and McPherson Avenue
Drivers are reminded to drive carefully and watch for pedestrians. The City thanks everyone for their patience.
