Introducing SmartUTIL! New online tool to provide data & support for the City’s residential & commercial utility customers
Today, the City of Saskatoon introduces the launch of SmartUTIL a new, easy-to-use online tool to help inform and support the City’s residential and commercial utility customers.
There’s lots to consider when it comes to water and electricity consumption at your property. Running lots of fans or the A/C during hot weather? Sprinklers going full force to keep your turf and garden green? Someone in your household taking extra-long showers? Space heaters on all day during cold snaps? Baking loads of sourdough?
SmartUTIL allows residential and commercial utility customers to:
- view water and electricity usage and trends for your property(s) by the month, day or hour
- keep on budget – you can set spending alerts for water and or electricity usage at your property and be notified if you’re about to exceed the dollar amount you specified
- take steps to conserve and reduce the impact on the environment by reviewing water and electricity data for your property
It’s easy to get started with SmartUTIL!
- Go to saskatoon.ca/smartutil – this takes you to the My Utility Account page, where SmartUTIL lives.
