Starting Wednesday, May 8*, 2024, the City of Saskatoon will begin the mail-out of almost 100,000 property tax notices. Property owners should expect their 2024 Property Tax Notice to arrive over the next coming weeks. If you do not receive your tax notice by May 31, 2024, please call 306-975-2400. 

The Property Assessment & Tax Tool will reflect the 2024 Property Tax figures also starting Wednesday, May 8.
