Soil Handling and Re-Use

The City of Saskatoon has a Soil Handling Strategy that focuses on the management of contaminated and clean soils from City construction projects. The Strategy also includes advisory services and tools for the management of other materials from civic operations such as cover material for the landfill and street sweepings.
