SFD - Event Attendance Request

The Saskatoon Fire Department (SFD) values the opportunity to attend community events. If you would like to request the presence of SFD at an event, please fill out the online form below.

Completed forms must be submitted at least one week prior to the date of the event. We cannot guarantee attendance for requests received less than one week in advance.

SFD receives many requests. While all efforts are made to attend requested events, it is not always possible.

Emergency response is SFD's top priority. If an emergency call comes in, SFD staff may be called away and event attendance may be delayed or cancelled at short notice.

Once the completed form is submitted, you will receive an email stating whether or not SFD will be able to attend and/or participate in your event.

Please note that we do not accommodate the following requests:

- birthday party
- drive-by
- hot tub or swimming pool fill
