Proposal
Meridian Development Corp has applied for a concept plan amendment and rezoning application for 250 Hunter Road. The proposal would amend the Stonebridge Concept Plan from Mixed Use 2 – High Density to Medium Density Residential (65 units/ha±) as shown on the map below. The areas subject to the proposed rezoning have also been outlined on the Stonebridge Neighbourhood Concept Plan map included below.
The proposal also includes for the site to be rezoned from M3 General Institutional Service District by Zoning Agreement to RM4 Medium/High Density Multiple-Unit Dwelling District through an amendment to the existing Zoning Agreement and subsequent rezoning of the eastern portion of the site as shown on the map below.
The purpose of the RM4 District is to provide for a variety of residential developments in a medium to high density form as well as related community uses.
