Firefighters observed flames and smoke coming from the rear of the the home

Action(s) Taken:
  • Crews advanced a hose line to apply water from the exterior of the home, once cooled down, crews advanced hose lines to the interior to extinguish the fire, while another crew entered the building to search and confirm no occupants remained inside.
  • The homeowner confirmed no occupants were inside the building
  • the fire was brought quickly under control
  • one of the occupants was treated for smoke inhalation
