Policy C09-017 - Buffer Strips - Provision and Construction Criteria

This policy is intended to improve the physical and/or sound qualities between adjacent land use.  This includes along restricted access sections of Provincial Highways, or adjacent to interchanges, or along and within the right-of-way of freeways and arterials, or where a residential subdivision abuts a railway right-of-way or station grounds, airport or major industrial area.
