Policy C09-010 - Residential Lot Sales - Showhome Policy

The purpose of this policy is to encourage the development of showhomes as a marketing tool to promote the sale of the City’s single-family residential lots. The policy incldues definitions, purchase price dicsounts, eligigibility criteria, responsibilities of each party, and financing.
