Policy C03-020 - Capital Expansion Fund - Public Library

This purpose of this policy is to ensure sufficient funds are available for major capital expenditures. The policy includes an outline of the parameters of the capital expansion fund including maintenance, operating estimates, and taxable property assessment. The policy includes a list of roles and responsibilities including city treasurer, board of directors of the Saskatoon Public Library, and general manager, corporate services.
