Policy C03-013 - Water Supply - Capital Contribution - Outside Users

This policy is in place to recover capital costs associated with providing water to outside users beyond the boundaries of the City of Saskatoon. It defines the costs, levies, rates, and boundaries for villages, towns, and property owners who do not fall within the City limits.
