Policy C01-022 - Audiotapes and Transcripts of City Council Meetings

The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the use of audiotapes and for requests for transcripts of City Council Meetings. The policy includes definitions of audiotapes and transcript and outlines the responsibilities of City Councillors, City Council, and the City Clerk.
