The purpose of this policy is to ensure proper use of the Council chambers and committee rooms. The policy outlines who is responsible for use of the chambers and rooms, restrictions on use of the rooms, accomdations, capacity, and guidelines for the use of the chambers and rooms. The policy also outlines process for presentations and presentation materials and recording of meetings.
