Bylaw 9746 - The Business Licence Bylaw, 2021

The purpose of this Bylaw is to licence businesses in the City to: (a) regulate businesses; (b) ensure compliance with land use and building regulations; (c) gather land use and business information; and (d) facilitate planning decisions.
