Bylaw 7862 - Residential Parking Program Bylaw, 1999

The purpose of this Bylaw is to:  (a)  designate certain streets within the City as residential parking zones or limited residential parking zones; (b)  enable the granting of permits, the display of which would allow vehicles to be parked on a street for a time longer than allowed by a posted parking restriction in a zone; (c)  set the terms and conditions for granting permits; and (d)  set the fees for permits.
