Report a Bylaw Concern
Did you know that the City of Saskatoon has over 100 bylaws?
Different teams handle enforcement, like City Bylaw Inspectors, Environmental Protection Officers, Fire Inspectors, and even the Saskatoon Police Service. Our bylaws are local laws approved by City Council and apply to living in Saskatoon. These bylaws help maintain community standards and protect everyone from safety issues and common nuisances that can arise in community living.
Please fill out the form below to submit a bylaw concern, and include as much detail as you can. Choosing the right category will help make sure your concern goes to the appropriate enforcement team.
Every concern is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. If a bylaw is violated, the enforcement team won’t close the investigation until the issue is resolved. Each enforcement team addresses complaints based on priority or the order in which they’re received; sending in multiple reports about the same property won’t speed up the enforcement process.
We appreciate you taking the time to report and thank you for helping us keep your community a vibrant place to live!
Anonymous Complaints
Anonymous complaints will not be accepted or addressed. Please be assured that all submissions are kept confidential, and we won’t share your personal information with your neighbours or the property of concern. We are required to protect both your information and the privacy of the property owner involved. As a result, a status update will not be provided to you as the matter is between the City of Saskatoon and the private property owner.
Please visit our City Bylaws page to view all of the bylaws.
