Respectful Workplace
Our Commitment
The City of Saskatoon is committed to creating and maintaining a respectful workplace that is free from harassment, discrimination, disruptive workplace conflicts, and inappropriate interactions. This extends to employee-to-employee exchanges and those between employees and members of the public when interacting about City business.
As part of this commitment, mechanisms are in place to report disrespect and harassment.
City employees are supported in terminating service to a member of the public that is disrespecting or harassing an employee. Similarly, members of the public are able to report a concern regarding the conduct of a City employee in the execution of their duties.
