Bylaw 7491 - Temporary Sign Bylaw, 1995

The purpose of the bylaw is to regulate the placing of temporary signs on streets and buffer strips so as: (a) to afford the citizens of Saskatoon an opportunity to communicate with others in a simple and affordable way; (b) to improve safety for motorists and pedestrians using the streets; (c) to minimize visual clutter; and (d) to facilitate necessary maintenance of the streets and buffer strips.
