Policy C11-002 - Organized Event Emergency Planning

The purpose of this policy to establish a coordinated approach among the various City Departments and Emergency Services providers to review and prepare appropriately for major event(s) being held in a civic facility or public space. Definitions included in the policy is community event, event planning, risk, special event, special occasion license.
