Policy C01-030 - Provision of Legal Services

The purpose of this Policy is to identify the processes and parameters for the provision of legal services to: The City Manager and the Administration; Council and Council Committees; and Boards, agencies and other organizations as may be approved by Council. The policy includes definitions of administration, boards, city clerk, city manager, council etc.
