The purpose of this Bylaw is to adopt an agreement for the establishment of a planning district known as the Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth Planning District to replace the planning district agreement between the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 and the City of Saskatoon, approved on August 13, 2010.
