 Important information regarding the tax tool:

  • 2021 was the provincially legislated reassessment year. The Property Assessment & Tax Tool currently reflects the 2021 assessed values for properties. All property types will be reassessed in 2025, the next provincially legislated reassessment year.
  • The 2024 Property Tax amounts and previous years are currently reflected in the Tax Information Tab. 
  • Supplemental Assessments are issued throughout the year to account for any physical changes occurring to properties (i.e. new construction, additions, subdivisions, demolitions, etc.).

    2. An assessed person may exercise their personal use of information from this website by way of an agent. For greater clarity an agency relationship must have been established and confirmed in writing for the particular assessed person before an agent may access or make use of any of the information on this website, and any and all use of information from this website by the agent must be limited to reasonable use for the property assessment interpretation on behalf of the specific assessed person.
    3. Access to and any use of the information on this website must be reasonable and must be assessment use only.
    4. An assessed person may make a reasonable number of copies of the information from a reasonable number of address queries as may be reasonably required for property assessment interpretation, including the making of a complaint under The Cities Act.
