Lorne Avenue will be closed between 4th and 6th streets on Saturday, May 11, starting at 8:00 a.m. for sanitary sewer repairs. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the work zone. Spadina Crescent will be closed between Pembina Avenue and Pinehouse Drive on Saturday, May 11, starting at 6:00 a.m. for the Bridge City Duathlon. Ravine Drive will also be closed between Assiniboine Drive and Spadina Cresent during this event. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the special event site. Roadways are expected to reopen by 2:00 p.m., weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Direct service from the Special Events Stop (23rd Street and 2nd Avenue) to see Foreigner: Farewell to Canada Tour at SaskTel Centre on Saturday, May 11 at 7:30 p.m., is available at the following times: 

• 6:15 p.m.
• 6:55 p.m.

Post-event drop-off is at the downtown terminal and regular fares apply ($3.00 per trip). Fare can be purchased on your mobile phone using either the TGo or transit app, transfers and passes are also accepted. Typically, buses arrive onsite 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.

This work is part of a six-month water main preservation project in North Park that includes upgrading water mains, replacing water and sewer connections and rehabilitating roadways.
