The City of Saskatoon has now expanded our ePermitting platform to include planning approvals in our community. Starting today, you can conveniently apply for various planning approvals through the user-friendly digital platform.

Currently, the following planning approvals are now available for application on ePermitting:

• Subdivision & Condo Approvals
• Zoning Bylaw Amendment (Rezoning & Land Use)
• Discretionary Use Applications
• Concept Plan / Official Community Plan Submissions
• Minor Variance Requests
• Architectural Control District Approvals
• Direct Control District Applications

The ePermitting system is designed to streamline the application process, making it faster, more efficient and accessible to all residents, and has already been used successfully for building and plumbing permits and inspections.
