Richard Kolla
Separate School Board Trustee Candidate
Richard Kolla is a husband and father of six. An alumni of GSCS with children currently attending school. He owns both an IT/Handyman business and a non-profit organization advocating for Western Canada.
Previously, Richard was a young adult missionary working with youth, which deepened his compassion for others and dedication to mentorship. He is an active member of St. Paul’s Co-Cathedral, has served on its parish council, and is a former KofC Council Executive.
Richard's family has long been involved in education, with both his late grandfather, Alphonse Kirzinger, and late great uncle, Joe Kammermayer, serving in prominent leadership roles with SSBA & GSCS. Their commitment to education has deeply influenced Richard’s own sense of duty and responsibility to make a positive difference in our school system.
Richard believes that strong leadership, rooted in compassion, is essential for shaping the future of education. He hopes he can count on your vote as a Trustee.
