- Under normal circumstances, the repair is scheduled for the following day, with water back on within 24-48 hours.
- An emergency water supply trailer will be delivered within 8 hours of outage.
- Repairs are normally scheduled for the following day, with water restored within 48 hours.

- Contact on the power lines by large birds (crows and magpies) continues to be a problem in this neighbourhood. Additional damage to a switch from last Monday's storm was found and isolated.
