Policy C03-026 - Provision of Civic Services for Outdoor Events

This policy is meant to facilitate those activities of organizations which are of general benefit and serve to enhance the quality of life for Saskatoon residents through the provision of civic services at no charge or at a charge for those that do not qualify. The policy includes definitions of civic services, outdoor event, programming, safety, special event interdepartmental committee. It defines eligibility for civic services, application processes and responsibilities of participating persons.
