33rd Street closed between 5th and 7th avenues starting Monday

33rd Street will be closed between 5th and 7th avenues starting Monday, May 13, at 7:00 a.m. for water main work. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the work zone. This project is expected to take three weeks to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.                         

Saskatoon Transit will be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.    

This work is part of a six-month water main preservation project in North Park that includes upgrading water mains, replacing water and sewer connections and rehabilitating roadways.
