10 Strategic Priorities & Council Leads
City Council adopted a new leadership model in2017 that empowered Councillors to take leadership roles in 10 Strategic Priority areas. Meaningfully engaging citizens and stakeholders to develop real community ownership in addressing these challenges for the city is a critical piece of this new approach. This leadership model was followed in the development of the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
